Team Alberta represents in Solar Decathlon

Representatives from the University of Calgary, SAIT Polytechnic, Mount Royal College and the Alberta College of Art + Design have arrived back from Washington where they were participating in the Solar Decathlon Competition. .

The competition challenges 20 teams from the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Germany and Spain to design and construct a home that exceeds in architecture, market viability, engineering, lighting design, communications, comfort zone, hot water, appliances, home entertainment, and net metering.
