We love dogs here at SkyFire and if you been to our offices it is not unusual to be greeted by one of our furry friends. They remind us to live life on the light side and to go outside and play. This month we are featuring Axel who is the constant companion to our VP of Sales in Greg Sauer. Axel is a regular resident dog at our head office in Calgary.
Axel is definitely the quintessential office dog; polite, quiet, low gas emission, an excellent guest greeter. This sweet boy was rescued from the Nelson, British Columbia SPCA in 2015 because Greg just couldn’t resist those endearing hazel eyes!
“Axel was the only dog I looked at in earnest (i.e. the only dog I asked to see, took for a walk and an overnighter). Nelson SPCA is small and they do not really house dogs there. I found him online and his mugshot was just as adorable/disarming as you would expect it to be. Probably the eyes spoke to me.” says Greg.
Axel is a lover not a fighter, a protector of small dogs, babies and children and loves to sunbathe. He is known to sport several types of neck scarves so we have to say he is pretty stylish too. He is always a delight to have around.
